Effective Date: September 2, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your purchase, access, and use of services provided by Neohosting. By creating an account, placing an order, submitting payment, accessing our client portal, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase, access, or use our services.
Neohosting provides subscription-based hosting services, account access, setup information, and customer support. Services are provided for personal, residential, and lawful use only, unless otherwise approved in writing by Neohosting.
Service availability, features, device compatibility, and performance may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to internet connection, device type, device age, Wi-Fi signal strength, device location, router performance, third-party applications, and external service conditions.
Neohosting does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access to any specific hosting feature, server, application, or service.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment, internet connection, compatible device, application, and technical ability to access and use the service.
Service performance may be affected by factors outside of Neohosting’s control, including:
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own devices, internet service, Wi-Fi network, login credentials, and account security.
After purchase, customers may receive login credentials, setup instructions, or access details. Credentials are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as provided.
Customers are responsible for keeping their username, password, and account information secure. Sharing, reselling, transferring, or distributing account access without permission is prohibited.
Neohosting is not responsible for service issues caused by incorrect login entry, unauthorized account sharing, device limitations, customer-side internet issues, or failure to follow setup instructions.
By placing an order, you authorize Neohosting and/or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the selected service, subscription, renewal, upgrade, or applicable fee.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing payment, including the selected plan, billing amount, billing term, renewal terms, and service description.
An order is not considered active until payment has been successfully processed and accepted.
Some services may be offered as recurring subscriptions. If you select or enroll in a recurring subscription, you authorize Neohosting and/or its payment processor to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at checkout.
Recurring charges may continue until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
Customers are responsible for cancelling their subscription before the next billing date if they do not wish to continue service. Failure to cancel before the renewal date may result in the next subscription payment being processed.
Customers may cancel their subscription by following the cancellation instructions provided in the customer account/client portal or by submitting a support ticket before the next renewal date.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically provide a refund for prior payments, current billing periods, partially used service periods, or unused time unless otherwise required by law.
Customers are responsible for ensuring cancellation is completed before the renewal date. Simply deleting an app, failing to use the service, changing devices, or stopping use of the service does not automatically cancel billing.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing by Neohosting or required by applicable law.
Because service access, account setup, credentials, and inventory may be created or assigned after purchase, refunds are generally not provided once an order has been processed or service access has been delivered.
Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by customer-side factors, including but not limited to:
Neohosting may, at its sole discretion, offer troubleshooting, account review, service correction, replacement access, or other support where appropriate.
Customers acknowledge that service performance can be affected by device performance, internet connection, Wi-Fi conditions, application performance, third-party outages, and other factors outside of Neohosting’s direct control.
If technical issues occur, customers should complete basic troubleshooting steps, including:
Customers agree to cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting requests before requesting account changes, service adjustments, or dispute-related review.
Neohosting does not guarantee that the service will work on every device, application, operating system, network, or setup.
Customers are responsible for confirming they have a compatible device before purchasing. Device compatibility may change over time due to updates, manufacturer changes, third-party app changes, operating system updates, or device limitations.
A stable high-speed internet connection is required for proper service use. Poor internet performance, slow speeds, network congestion, weak Wi-Fi, router issues, VPN usage, firewall settings, or internet provider restrictions may affect performance.
Neohosting is not responsible for service interruptions or performance issues caused by a customer’s internet service provider, home network, equipment, or device environment.
Neohosting makes reasonable efforts to provide reliable service; however, service may be interrupted, limited, modified, suspended, or unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, provider changes, third-party systems, server conditions, or events beyond Neohosting’s control.
Neohosting does not guarantee access to any specific service, category, server, feature, or application at all times.
Customers agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of service without refund.
Customers agree to contact Neohosting Support before filing a chargeback or payment dispute so that Neohosting has an opportunity to review and address the issue.
By placing an order and accepting these Terms, customers acknowledge that they authorized the transaction, reviewed the service terms, understood the refund policy, and agreed to the cancellation policy at the time of purchase.
In the event of a payment dispute, Neohosting may provide evidence to the payment processor, bank, or card issuer, including but not limited to:
Filing a false, unauthorized, or improper dispute may result in account suspension, termination, and refusal of future service.
Customer support is provided through the official support ticket system or other approved support channels.
Customers must provide accurate information when requesting support, including their account details, device type, app being used, error message, and description of the issue.
Neohosting will make reasonable efforts to assist customers; however, support does not include responsibility for repairing customer devices, internet service, routers, third-party applications, or unsupported equipment.
Neohosting may suspend or terminate service if:
Suspension or termination due to customer violation does not entitle the customer to a refund.
Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. Neohosting makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, specific service availability, device compatibility, performance quality, or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neohosting disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neohosting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of access, loss of data, loss of enjoyment, loss of revenue, or inconvenience arising from use or inability to use the service.
Neohosting’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service period directly related to the claim.
Neohosting may update, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service or these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms may be posted on the website or customer portal. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
By creating an account or placing an order, customers agree that Neohosting may contact them regarding orders, invoices, service updates, support requests, subscription notices, payment issues, and account-related matters.
Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and reviewing communications sent by Neohosting.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Neohosting operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and the policies of the applicable payment processor, bank, or card network.
By checking the acceptance box at checkout, creating an account, submitting payment, or using the service, you confirm that:
If you do not agree, do not complete your order or use the service.
For support, billing questions, cancellation requests, or service issues, please contact Neohosting through the official support ticket system available on our website or customer portal.
